Nutter Butter Cookies
Experience the joy of making your own delicious homemade nutter butter cookies. These treats boast a soft, lightly crumbly texture complemented by a creamy peanut butter filling, shaped into adorable peanut shells. While I usually reserve my cookie purchases for classics like Oreos and Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, a recent snack session with my mother sparked the idea to recreate them at home.

SHAPING THE COOKIES
Initially, I considered using a cookie cutter, fearing that it would be a waste of time. However, my mother suggested pinching them in the middle. A few days later, I decided to give it a try. Upon researching homemade Nutter Butters, I found several posts where people used the pinch method. So, I chose to adapt my mother’s favorite peanut butter cookie recipe by pinching the dough in the middle to make the nutter butter.
