Ingredients:

  • 2 Large (10-12 inch) flour tortillas
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz premium oven-roasted deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crispy
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded and dried
  • 1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place two slices of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla to act as a moisture barrier.
  2. Layer 4 oz of thinly sliced deli turkey directly on top of the cheese slices for each wrap.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing over the turkey on each wrap. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and the seeded, diced tomatoes.
  4. Top the center with 2 slices of crispy bacon and a half-cup of shredded romaine lettuce per wrap.
  5. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward about 2 inches. Starting from the bottom, roll the tortilla upward tightly, tucking the filling under the fold as you progress to create a tight cylinder.
