Instructions:

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing on low speed until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a surface with parchment paper and use fall-themed cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C) or until the edges are set.
- Transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon until smooth.
