Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, full-fat, softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed to beat the cheese for 2 minutes until the cheese looks like frosting.
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to the bowl. Start the mixer on low speed to combine, then increase to medium and beat until the two textures become one.
  3. Turn the mixer to high for 30 seconds until the dip is voluminous and glossy.
  4. Use a rubber spatula to hand-fold the mixture, ensuring no residue remains at the bottom of the bowl. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to firm the structure.
