Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, full-fat, softened to room temperature
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 pinch fine sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed to beat the cheese for 2 minutes until the cheese looks like frosting.
- Add the marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to the bowl. Start the mixer on low speed to combine, then increase to medium and beat until the two textures become one.
- Turn the mixer to high for 30 seconds until the dip is voluminous and glossy.
- Use a rubber spatula to hand-fold the mixture, ensuring no residue remains at the bottom of the bowl. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to firm the structure.
