Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, chilled
- 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Instructions:
- Pour the cold heavy cream and vanilla extract into a chilled bowl and beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the chilled sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream using a rubber spatula with a bottom-to-top motion until uniform.
- Gently fold in the Oreo cookie crumbs, ensuring they remain as distinct shards.
- Lightly brush a thin layer of melted coconut oil onto the cream-side of the 12 Oreo cookies to create a moisture barrier.
- Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto 6 cookies, then press the remaining 6 cookies on top and smooth the edges.
- Place the sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 6 to 8 hours until firm.
