Ingredients:

  • 115g unsalted butter, softened
  • 150g light brown sugar, packed
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 5ml vanilla extract
  • 5ml blue gel food coloring
  • 280g all-purpose flour
  • 3g cornstarch
  • 5g baking soda
  • 1.5g salt
  • 60g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 40g Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • 60g mini chocolate chip cookies, roughly chopped

Instructions:

  1. Beat the softened butter and both sugars together on medium-high until the mixture looks pale and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla, beating until fully incorporated, then stir in the blue gel coloring.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture on low speed, mixing only until no streaks of white flour remain.
  5. Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and mini cookies by hand until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop rounded balls of dough (about 3 tbsp each) onto a parchment-lined sheet, leaving 2 inches of space.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set while the centers remain slightly soft.
