Ingredients:
- 115g unsalted butter, softened
- 150g light brown sugar, packed
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 5ml vanilla extract
- 5ml blue gel food coloring
- 280g all-purpose flour
- 3g cornstarch
- 5g baking soda
- 1.5g salt
- 60g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 40g Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- 60g mini chocolate chip cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Beat the softened butter and both sugars together on medium-high until the mixture looks pale and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, beating until fully incorporated, then stir in the blue gel coloring.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture on low speed, mixing only until no streaks of white flour remain.
- Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and mini cookies by hand until evenly distributed.
- Scoop rounded balls of dough (about 3 tbsp each) onto a parchment-lined sheet, leaving 2 inches of space.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set while the centers remain slightly soft.
