I'm Jamal, and I'm here for the people who want dessert now, not three hours from now. As a recent grad and someone who balances a busy schedule, I learned to bake out of necessity and a serious sweet tooth. My specialty? Anything that can be made in one bowl or doesn't require turning on the oven.

My Background

My love for baking started in a dorm kitchen with nothing but a microwave and a mixing bowl. I became the "snack guy" for my friends, whipping up rice krispie treats and no-bake cookies for study sessions. I prove that you don't need a fancy kitchen or expensive equipment to make something awesome.
