How to Dip Cookies in Milk 🥛🍪

Quick Dip (2-5 seconds):

  • Lightly moisten the cookie’s surface.
  • Maintains most of its crunch and texture.

Why do people put cookies in milk?

People put cookies in milk because the milk calms down the intense sweetness of the chocolate and the emulsifiers in milk smooth out the chocolate, creating a perfect creaminess-to-cookie flavor ratio. This combination balances the texture and taste, making the cookies less gritty and crunchy.
