Ingredients:
- 1 cup (255g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp (32g) creamy peanut butter
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until no streaks of butter remain.
- Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan using a spatula.
- Place chocolate chips and the additional 2 tbsp of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is glossy and completely smooth.
- Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread it evenly with a spatula until it reaches all four corners.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper handles and slice into 16 equal rectangles using a sharp knife.
