Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (255g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp (32g) creamy peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, peanut butter, and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture is smooth and cohesive.
  2. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until no streaks of butter remain.
  3. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan using a spatula.
  4. Place chocolate chips and the additional 2 tbsp of peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is glossy and completely smooth.
  6. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter base and spread it evenly with a spatula until it reaches all four corners.
  7. Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
  8. Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper handles and slice into 16 equal rectangles using a sharp knife.
