Easy way to make salporanz cookie recipe at home 2023

 This is a gluten free recipe, you can use sweeteners if you would like to reduce carbohydrates. Very easy and quick. The original recipe is only with rice or corn. This time I added almond flour and they were delicious too. The key ingredient that sets salporanz cookie recipe apart is cornstarch, which gives the cookies a soft quality.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups of rice flour
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • ½ cup of salted butter
  • ½ cup of sweetener or sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Grinding
  • Grind the cinnamon stick in a spice grinder until fine.
  • Sit on one side.
  • Add rice flour
  • Place the rice flour in a large bowl.
  • Add some dry ingredients
  • Make a well in the middle and add cinnamon, sugar, shortening, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and eggs.
  • Then mix
  • Stir to mix.
  • Add milk
  • Gradually add enough milk to make a soft dough that will come together in a ball like tortilla masa.
  • Texture
  • It’s easiest to get the texture right if you mix it with your hands.
  • Optional
  • Sprinkle grated coconut over the cookies for extra flavor and texture.
  • Dough
  • Form the dough into 16 balls.
  • Place on Baking sheets
  • Place on wax paper lined baking sheets.
  • Press each one down with 2 fingers, laying flat to make 2 ridges in the dough.
  • Add sugar or sprinkle
  • Now Sprinkle with pink sugar.
  • Now bake cookie
  • Bake at 350℉ (180℃) until well browned, about 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Cool down
  • Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
