Hey guys so today I thought I'd share my favorite cookie recipe of alltime with you - Tanya Burr Cookie Recipe. They have a vibrant flavor and arealmost like a brownie. They can be a little dry if you don't add too muchchocolate (bars or chips). Marie was not as dark as Tanya and not as goodlooking. So it tastes much better too! Ingredients
  

  • 14 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ¼ cups Super Fine Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Self Rising Flour
  • cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Dash of Milk 2% used in this case
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and White Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Daim bars

Instructions
 

  • Directions:
  • Preheat your oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cream together the unsalted butter and super fine sugar until smooth.
  • Add the egg to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • Stir in the self-rising flour and unsweetened cocoa powder until a cohesive dough forms.
  • If the mixture seems dry, add a dash of milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Incorporate your choice of chocolate - whether broken bars or chocolate chips - into the dough.
  • Line two trays with tin foil for easy cleanup.
  • Space out 10 small handfuls of cookie dough on the trays.
  • Bake for 11 minutes. The cookies may not look fully cooked when you take them out, but don't worry.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for about 30 minutes.
