  • Sodium bicarbonate E500(ii, raising agent)
  • Sodium aluminium phosphate E541, raising agent
  • Corn starch
  • Niacin
  • Iron
  • Thiamine
  • Riboflavin
  • Folic acid
  • Sugar
  • Chocolate chips 12%
  • Sugar
  • Cocoa mass
  • Cocoa butter
  • Dextrose
  • Emulsifier soya lecithin, E322
  • Artificial vanilla flavouring
  • Dextrose
  • Vegetable fat palm oil
  • Salt

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven

  • Set your oven to 190°C (375°F).

Mix Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter and egg. Add the cookie mix and stir until moistened. Mix for an additional 20 strokes. If the dough is too stiff, add 2 teaspoons of water and stir more.

Form Cookies

  • Drop rounded teaspoonfuls (about 27g each) of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them 5cm apart.

Bake

  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until the cookies are light golden brown.

  • Allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before removing them.

  • If the cookie mix has been stored above 30°C, refrigerate the package for 1 hour before mixing. This helps keep the chocolate chips from softening during preparation.
