  • Corn starch not corn flour
  • Eggs 2 large
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • Milk

  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined. The dough will be crumbly.
  • Chill the dough in the refrigerator for one hour, then form into large dough balls.
  • Make the frosting by combining powdered sugar, softened butter, milk, and salt until fluffy and well mixed.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Flatten cookies slightly with a spatula.
  • Let cookies rest on the tray for 10 minutes after baking, then transfer to cool before icing.
  • Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes after icing to allow it to set. Serve at room temperature.
