  • Chocolate chips: Essential for cookie dough. Lily’s dark chocolate chips are low in sugar.

Blend Ingredients

  • Blend the cottage cheese with the vanilla extract and maple syrup until smooth.

Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, add the protein powder, almond flour, and salt. Pour the smooth cottage cheese mixture on top.

Mix and Add Chocolate Chips

  • Stir until everything is combined, then fold in the chocolate chips or other mix-ins of your choice.
