Instructions
Melting point
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Add some dry ingredients
Add white sugar, brown sugar, and salt and mix gently.
Add wet ingredients
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix with a whisk until well combined.
Add the powder
Add the flour, matcha powder, and baking soda and stir until you can barely see the powder.
Add the macadamia nuts
Add the white couture chocolate and macadamia nuts and mix evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate
Rrefrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the dough is firm.
Bake
Pan with a 5cm diameter cookie and bake at 170°C for 9 minutes. (Unix Convection Oven)
