  • Mix together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir in 1/4 cup of melted butter until the mixture is crumbly, then set it aside.
  • Take a large bowl and mash the bananas until they reach a smooth consistency.
  • Add 1/4 cup of melted butter, sour cream, and vanilla essence to the mashed bananas. Mix thoroughly.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, baking powder, baking soda, remaining 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until they are just combined. Take care not to mix excessively to maintain a light texture.
