These olive oil cookies are amazing. You’d never know they were butterless cookies. It mixes beautifully with the cocoa powder, creating a mild flavor. If that wasn’t enough, these no butter cookies are also gluten free, nut-free, egg free, and can easily be made vegan!

- 1 cup 120g powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup 120ml Olive oil
- ½ cup 120ml Orange juice
- Zest from one orange Sesame seed optional
Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
