Dairy-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies Thanks to Olive Oil

These Dairy Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are thanks to our good friend Extra Virgin Olive Oil! I’ve been baking with Filippo Barrio olive oil for a few years now and the range is amazing. Their delicate oils are excellent in baking. It’s more on the mild side than their other oils, but the olive oil flavor comes through perfectly in the cookies. The olive oil gives the cookies a really nice flavor, and compliments the flavored sugar and dark chocolate perfectly. The finished cookies are slightly shiny on top, crisp on the edges, and perfectly chewy in the center.

These cookies are simply wonderful! A classic chocolate chip cookie made with olive oil and coconut sugar instead of the usual butter and refined or brown sugar. This was my simple experiment, which turned out to be very tasty anyway.

These cookies are as easy as any classic similar recipe and the method of preparation is more or less the same. But they are vegan and healthy and I would even say they are the tastiest cookies I have ever tried!

OLIVE OIL COOKIES (EGGLESS)

These cookies are the opposite of everything I thought an olive oil cookies would be. There are no eggs or butter and I wasn’t quite ready for a deep, mystifyingly flavored cookie, thanks to olive oil, filled with melted chocolate chips and so easy to make. These are absolutely delicious, with crisp edges and chewy centers, just like a cookie should be.

Lemon olive oil cookies

Soft, chewy, and lemony sugar cookies made with extra virgin olive oil instead of butter for a unique flavor and delightful texture with a delicate crunch from the granular sugar coating on the outside, these simple In words, there is a structural delight.
