- 1 tablespoon cornstarch 10g
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted (230g)
- 1 cup brown sugar 200g
- ½ cup white sugar 100g
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks 150g
- 1 cup milk chocolate finely chopped (160g)

Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda until blended, then set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
